DAY 11: Reboot
The last couple of months have been a whirlwind.
I've been stressed out more than I have ever been before.
We had fun with company in town.
Birthdays.
Holidays.
LIFE.
Today, I had the chance to take a breather and decided that THIS week, I'm going to get back to the basics.
Reading more, stressing less.
Journaling.
Drinking coffee while relaxing.
Taking walks.
Yes, I'm still busy, but I don't have to feel like life is leaving me behind! I'm taking a break from rushing and am going to focus more on taking it all in.
