This is where I work! This is our brand new building!!
We had our first rehearsal tonight. Albeit, it was pretty rough to begin with, after some magic from our sound tech, it ended really well and I began to get very excited for Sunday!
I mean, I know that the building doesn't make the church. WE are the church, the body of Christ. The building is just a building. It's just so exciting that we have outgrown our current building and, I'm going to be honest, the sound system is amazing.
Anyhow, I just hope that our britches don't get too big for our behinds. I don't want the amazing stage, sound system and lighting program to "make us". I want us to still do what we do for the glory and honor of Christ, to keep taking our next steps towards becoming fully devoted & fully delighted, to be a family unit and community...and have fun with it all!
