My Favorite Room....So Far

Our house is HUGE.

We've been living here now for 2 months and I still can't get over how much room we have.

Piper does cartwheels all over the house. Sometimes I can't find the girls. And more often than not, I can't find my phone (okay everyone....listen carefully because it's on vibrate....run around the house and listen for buzzing).

I ended up with a sitting room because we chopped a huge room (the dead room) in half to make Bryce an office.

This is the view from the front door/foot of the stairs.

It's quaint. It's quiet. And I saved up for that awesome chair with yard sale money.

I love the colors:

 

 I look forward to finishing it (by hanging stuff up, adding a coffee table or bench...maybe some actual baseboards) and spending my mornings in there reading the Bible, doing devotions....and once my record player gets fixed, listening to my Christmas records!
