Since my heart has been a little heavier this evening, I thought I would lighten it up by sharing my favorite picture of Teekie with you.
This is our little boy...I mean, our little girl. Whaaat? Yep. Teekie, who we thought was a boy for 7 1/2 years, laid some eggs last year. So uh, yah. SHE (and does this surprise anyone...all we have are girls around here) used to have her wings clipped and I would take HER outside to our garden and let her hang out. I kind of miss those days with Teekie. He...oops, SHE would take naps with me, eat with me, take baths in the sink...
Now, she is kind of bitter toward me since I can't really hang out with her that much (she doesn't like kids at all), but I'm sure that will change with time.
On one other quick note....maybe Piper should keep praying for Sam's farts...their bedroom smelled horrible when I went back in to check on them. Yikes!
