Samantha's birthday was short and sweet, just like her little self. She looked super cute in her new Elmo shirt. Piper was AND is insanely jealous of all the cool toys that Sam got for her birthday. We're trying to get her to understand how NOT to be selfish, but do we ever truly learn to be selfless?
Anyhow, a big thanks to Jen, Jakey & Angela for hanging out with us.
On a side note., I'm making some slow progress on a few projects at the same time. I've watched one out of three LOTR movies (Oh Sam), ordered my pictures for my 2011 Photo Albums AND for Scarlet's scrapbook. I've been looking at Craigslist for a bookshelf and have spoken to someone interested in one or both of the TVs. Sweetness. Oh, and today I took my friend Jen out for coffee to celebrate her upcoming birthday AND upcoming baby (what a fun year this is going to be).
Oh, pics? You got it:
Happy for monkeys (and looking so adorable)!
Equally happy about Snow White.
Enthralled with her Buzz backpack.
A few things Sam said about Buzz:
"Ohhh, he can't fly."
(In a low, man voice) "Hi. I'm Buh Lie-year. Do infinny and bon!"
"Howdy, howdy, howdy."
Giving Buzz some love.
Modeling the super-awesome cake I bought...from Albertson's.
The scariest face you will ever see Piper make. Ever.
I don't remember why Sam was crying...
Oh wait, it was 'cause Jakey tried to toss Sam in the air.
Yah, she doesn't like that too much.
Which one is NOT a Sing-A-Ma-Jig?
Jen & Samantha
Our "nice" picture of our little family.
Sam had fun, you had fun, we had fun.
Game Over.
