And Then She Was 9

Sometimes I hate typing these titles because my girls keep getting bigger and BIGGER.

Oy.

Oh Sammie! She's 9 now and totally coming into her own personality. She's so unlike me, but like me at the same time. Make sense? Yah....maybe not really, but I get it.

She's spunky. She does her own thing and has her own style. She plays well with her sisters/friends, but plays well on her own.

She's a tomboy and a princess rolled into one. Her favs are Captain America and Wonder Woman and she likes to strut around in dress up clothes & heels.

She got a skateboard from Santa (we'll get to Christmas soon enough). She wears high tops and Star Wars shirts. She wants to grow her hair out so she can braid it.

She is sweet, always helpful, but definitely sneaky when it comes to admitting mistakes.

A math whiz, lefty and Denny's loving girl....I couldn't have asked for a better Samantha.

Dude...we went swimming for her birthday! It's always too cold to have fun outside, so we went inside this year and it was a lot of fun. She was surrounded by old and new friends and her cousin Josh.

Then, of course, Denny's for dinner!

She is the perfect fit to our crazy awesome family.

Happy Birthday to you, Samantha Ann. Welcome to the last year of single digits. Here's to no broken bones, perfecting your cursive and learning how to clean your room....one can hope, right?!
