Day Eleven- Coffee On The Run



So...I started a weight-loss journey this summer. I didn't take any pills, wrap anything, drink anything special, do any kind of weird diet or any normal diet. I just ate healthier portions. Honestly, I wanted a realistic lifestyle because I know I am going to fluctuate in my weight and have days where I eat Fig Newtons all day long.

Since I am not a morning person (wait, what............yes, I drink my coffee later than you), I don't get up early to walk/run. My neighborhood is not well lit at night, so I don't go since I would have to go by myself. I don't go during the day because I'm busy with stuff/kids/life/etc. I asked B for a treadmill, but not an electronic one.

Here is what we got:



It's not fancy, it's not expensive and it does the job. I seriously lasted all of three minutes. But hey, that's three minutes longer than yesterday!

Anyways, I'm down 7 pounds.
I know it's not a lot, but I am losing it slowly and keeping it off, even when I have my Fig Newton days.
