My Thoughts...

This whole 30 Days, 30 Posts project was quite an ordeal.

Here's what I liked about it:

I got projects completed that were sorely needing completion.
It motivated me to do menial things that I should have been doing/done.
It gave me a sense of accomplishment when I surveyed the completed project.
I also liked crossing it off of my list.
Motivating others to complete some of their projects.
It reminded me of other projects I'd like to get done in the next month or so.

What I didn't like:

Feeling rushed to complete certain projects by a looming deadline.
Feelings of disappointment when I saw that a certain project(s) would not be completed in time.
Some of the projects were a disaster.
Not spending as much time with my hubby due to these projects taking up our "alone time".

I've decided that maybe producing a much smaller list of things to do would work better for me. The projects were time-consuming, they needed more energy than I wanted to give/needed to give; overall, a pain in the neck. But it worked. I got stuff done.

I'm producing a list of 5 big things I'd like to complete during the month of February. And no, this list is not going to get published. I don't need to publicize my life to that extent...maybe. Anyhow, 5 big things and a few menial things that I would like to get into the habit of doing.

My final thought? It was fun, but waaaaaaaaay too much "extra" stress. Not that I stressed over everything, but I came close a few times.
