Day Sixteen- Tradition!

I love Fiddler on the Roof and one of my favorites from the musical is the song, "Tradition". Tradition means a lot to me. My high school was full of tradition and there are a lot of traditions from my side of the family that I am excited to share with my girls.

One tradition is to take this picture:

(Sorry, she gets two because I couldn't pick.)

Little Miss Scarlet is the newest female addition on my side of the family (um, so far...we don't have any boys on this side yet), so she gets to wear "the dress".

Here are Piper and Samantha in the same dress:

And also, my niece Mia:

Me and my three sisters also have pictures in this dress. It's fun to see all of us in the same outfit, pointing out our similarities and our differences, fun to see all of our daughters in the same dress as well.

I'm thinking there's a strong possibility I'll end up keeper of the dress and have to mail it out to all my daughters and nieces to have THEIR daughters wear the dress. That's what tradition is all about!
