It was the perfect day to spend a few hours at the beach. We packed up some lunches, picked a spot by the surf and let the girls loose. They didn't know what to make of the ocean at first, but after a few back-and-forth forays into the water, Piper was loving it. Sam...not so much, but she liked the sand a lot (yah, it was EVERYWHERE...her nose, her eyebrows). Overall, definitely a trip we need to repeat before we leave.

This is about how far Sam would get in the water. I think she liked the wet sand more than anything.
Piper, on the other hand, LOVED the water and didn't want to get out!
This trip just keeps getting better and better!

I cannot WAIT to take B to the beach. Can you believe we haven't done that yet? Awesome pics! Your girls are gorgeous.
