Our birthdays are only 10 days apart, so we decided to do something fun and that was the Dolphin Interaction Program at Sea World, San Diego.
The first half hour, they teach you about the Bottlenose Dolphin. Then you change and immerse yourself in ICE COLD water. ICE. COLD. Wasn't sure if you heard me there, but it was ICE COLD.
Courtney and I were assigned Buster, a Common Dolphin that Sea World had rescued just a year or so before that. He was much smaller then the Bottlenose Dolphin (they were HUGE up close).
They have the dolphins do a few tricks up close, you get to hang out with them, they splash you with more ICE COLD water, then you get pictures taken.
This is my favorite one of Court.
Of course, it's disgusting how nice she looks in a wetsuit considering they're usually not the most attractive thing to wear.

And this is my favorite...because I'm a dork.
