We've been trekking to Zion since the weather has been so nice. Sunday, Jacob, April and Josh joined us and we took a different hike too (I believe it was the Pairus Trail...I could be wrong). This one was more out in the desert-y part of Zion, right towards the front of the park.

Quick funny story for anyone who knows me really well...
I don't like bugs, bees...especially the big black bees (also known as carpenter bees). We were about to walk underneath this wooden bridge when I noticed a black bee. Frozen, I look around and there are more of them. A lot more of them. On both sides. Taking a deep breath, I yell "Bees!" and run underneath the bridge only to find that the big black bees are flying lower on the other side. I survived, but it was scary and I didn't go back that way. Hey, at least I saved my children!

Amazing how fast the weather changes from snow to flowers! WOW! Great place to go for a walk. Nice pics.
