Please allow me to introduce the newest Daugherty

Hello everyone I am Cassandra's husband Bryce I will be filling in for her on the posting while she is stuck in the hospital.

To start it all off: IT IS A GIRL!!! So if you voted for a girl then you are the big winner.

Her name is Samantha Ann Daugherty. She was born last night after a whole 10 minutes of surgery which went very well. There were no complications and everything turned out exactly as it should.

Here is the first pic of Mom and the Samantha together. As you can tell Samantha does not look too pleased to be in the land of the big bright lights.



In total she weighed in at 7 lbs 14 oz.

Here is a picture of all of us together for the first time. Me like a dork left my mask on.



This picture was taken shortly after in the recovery room after Samantha had been cleaned up and was a little more comfortable.



Here I am giving Samantha the true facts of what she will face in this world. Yeah... She fell asleep listening to me....



Here is one of just Samantha alone. I went through all the pictures and was not happy with any of the close up shots of just her. I will take more tomorrow and will post new ones again Thursday evening I promise.



We can now finally welcome Samantha Ann into our lives and are all very excited to begin our new lives together.

Just a reminder I will post more shots Thursday evening for all your looking for good close up shots of just the baby alone. The ones that I have looked good on the little tiny camera screen. However when I blew them up on the big screen I found too many issues with them to allow them to be posted.
