I'm officially 9 weeks along and am starting to feel much better. I'm not as sick as much during the day, however mornings are still kind of tough for me. I'm starting to show just a little bit, but don't really have any pictures of that just yet. My next appointment is next week and we should hear the heartbeat at that point.
Bryce has been super busy at work (and by the way, a Woot goes out to Jakey...he is now part of the Oracle company), but has been a Superdaddy taking care of Piper. He's been unpacking, cleaning and fixing up his bike in his spare time. He's been riding all around our block and has even ridden to Jacob and April's house a few times. He is so glad to be living here.
As for Piper, her hair is long, she runs around the house, she babbles...and throws temper tantrums when you don't give her food. Man...she's not even close to two yet! However, when it's nap time or bed time, if you say, "Come on, Piper. Let's go nigh-nigh," she'll take your hand, walk down the hall and go to bed. She calls her nuk (pacifier) 'nigh-nigh' because she knows she only gets it when it's time to sleep. Sniff. She's growing up so fast!
I have a bunch of pictures to share since I haven't really posted any since we've been here, so I apologize if this post is super long:

Jacob and April's new house. Congratulations!
And it's absolutely gorgeous inside.
Knowing April, it probably looks even better now that she's given it her touch. The live about 5 minutes away from us by car, 15 by bike.

Piper playing in the grass at Jacob and April's house.

Piper posing...she's so cute!
Watermelon everywhere! Piper loves watermelon (she calls it "app-o").Bryce has been super busy at work (and by the way, a Woot goes out to Jakey...he is now part of the Oracle company), but has been a Superdaddy taking care of Piper. Pip and Daddy relaxing after a long day.

I caught Piper watching Sesame Street this way. She backs up to her little car and sits sideways on it. She was just chillin'.

Piper's a big girl now! Not only is she drinking from a handle-free sippy cup (this one has Elmo on the front and she ran around laughing the first time we gave it to her), she is also officially wearing nightgowns, now that it is warm enough and she walks. We got her a couple of them, but this one is my favorite.

She likes it too!

And here she is, running around with her Elmo cup.

Me and Pip. I was having a really good day (didn't get sick at all).

Wii play, do you?
Yes, we got a Wii (thanks to Quinny) and it's all my fault. Bryce wasn't really hankering for one, but when Kara and Quinn visited us, they brought theirs, plus this:

Needless to say, I became addicted and wanted this game for my own. After a week of searching for the Wii (they were sold out everywhere), Bryce 'surprised' me with it. Yay for Brycie, Boo for jokes played on Cassandra.
That's pretty much it. Sue and Cliff will be coming out in a week to visit for a while and I'm trying to plan a trip to Arizona to visit my mom and sisters. Hopefully, Quinn and Kara will come out to visit us again. We really enjoyed their visit.
Until next time, keep cool (it's really starting to heat up here).
